We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Bicycles must be unridden and accessories must have tags attached.
Do the bicycles come fully assembled?
Bicycles are shipped 85% assembled. You will need to attach the front wheel, pedals, handlebars, and seat. We include all necessary tools and detailed instructions.
Are the accessories safe for all ages?
Yes, all our accessories meet or exceed international safety standards (ASTM, EN71). Age recommendations are listed on every product page.
How do I claim my warranty?
